EXCLUSIVE POINT TRADING LLC maintains the https://prodanceshop.ae/ Website ("Site").
This Personal Data Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the rules for how personal information collected from site Customers ("Customers") by the site administrator (https://prodanceshop.ae) (the "Company") may be used.
This Personal Data Agreement applies to all Customers of the Site.
All terms and definitions used in the text of this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Customers expressly consent to the processing of their personal data as described in this Agreement.
Use of the Site signifies Customer's unconditional agreement to the Agreement and these terms of information processing.
Customer must not use the Site if Customer does not agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Personal information of Users
1.1 The Site collects, accesses and uses the personal data of Customers, technical and other information related to Customers for the purposes defined in this Agreement.
1.2. Technical information is not personal data. The Company uses cookies that allow to identify the Customer.
Cookies are text files available to the Company to process information about the Customer's activity, including information about which pages the Customer has visited and the time the Customer has spent on the page.
The Customer can disable the use of cookies in their browser settings.
1.3. Also, technical information means information that is automatically transmitted to the Company while using the Site by means of the software installed on the Customer's device.
1.4. Personal data of the Customer means information that the Customer provides to the Company when filling out an application on the Site and subsequent use of the Site. The information required to be provided to the Company is marked in a special way.Other information is provided by the Customer at his/her own discretion.
1.5 User (Customer) is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
1.6. The Company may also process data made publicly available by the subject of personal data or subject to publication or compulsory disclosure in accordance with the law.
1.7. The Company does not verify the authenticity of personal information provided by the Customer and has no means to assess the Customer's competence.
The Company assumes, however, that the Customer provides accurate and sufficient personal information about himself and keeps this information up to date.
1.8. Visa and Master Card will be accepted for payment in AED
1.9 Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rule.
2. Purposes of processing of personal information of Users
2.1 The main purpose of the Company when collecting personal data is to provide information, consulting services to users.
Users agree that the Company may also use their personal data for:
- Party identification within the framework of the services provided;
- Providing services and customer support at the request of Users;
- Improving the quality of the services, their usability, design and development of the Site, fixing technical or security problems;
- Analysing to expand and improve the services, informational content and advertising of the services;
- Informing Users about services, targeted marketing, service updates and promotional offers based on information preferences of Users;
- Targeting promotional materials; sending individual marketing messages via email;
- Making statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
2.2. the Company uses technical information impersonally for the purposes specified in clause 2.1.
3. Terms and methods of processing personal information of Users
3.1 Users consent to the processing of their personal data by submitting a request (any written request containing their contact information).
3.2. Processing of personal data of the User means collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data of the User.
3.3. With respect to personal information of the User its confidentiality is preserved, except when the User voluntarily provides information about himself for public access to the unlimited circle of persons.
3.4. The Company has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
- The User has agreed to such actions;
- The transfer is necessary for the User's use of a particular service of the Site or to fulfill a particular contract or agreement with the User;
- Transfer to authorized state bodies of the United Arabian Emirates on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the laws of the United Arabian Emirates;
- In order to protect the rights and lawful interests of the Company or third parties in cases where the User breaches the terms of contracts and agreements with the Company, this Policy or documents containing the terms of use of specific services;
- Personal information of the User by depersonalizing it is transferred to third parties for research, works or services on behalf of the Company.
4. Measures used to protect personal information of the User
4.1. The Company shall take necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties with it.
5. Dispute resolution
5.1. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
5.2. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE
6. Additional conditions
6.1. The Company has the right to change this Personal Data Agreement without Customer consent. The current version of the document is available at https://prodanceshop.ae/include/licenses_detail.php
6.2. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted
